NEO Program for new employees, which happens now as a collaborative virtual experience – introduces newcomers from all our locations to company standards, processes, norms of behavior and provides a dive into our culture. From virtual office tour to interactive games that train for communication standards in the company: we strive to provide workshops and trainings in fun, engaging ways. People mostly love the new relationships they develop during this 5-day intensive, with subject matter experts, leadership team, and fellow newcomers.

When joining the company, you will be offered a test that identifies your English proficiency level. Based on that you will be offered opportunities to upgrade your English via classes, gamified speaking opportunities, as well as via on job language-related coaching. Besides English, there are regular classes for other languages arranged in our offices
Technical Track
If you are a professional interested to qualify your professional level via numerous certifications, Symphony may support you by funding your preparation and certification process. As well as for every successfully passed certification you will be rewarded by a dinner certificate for 2 persons
