For our fast growing office in Poland we are looking for a Senior IT Recruiter to find and attract best candidates. You will be part of a new recruitment team dedicated to our new client – international company from marketing and life sciences space.

Requirements:

  • Location – Lviv, Krakow, Rzeszow
  • You have strong experience in sourcing across different roles within tech industry
  • You have strong experience in sourcing for senior roles
  • You are people-oriented and understand business will not run if the right people are not hired on time
  • You can build strong relationships with individuals at various seniority levels as well as with communities
  • You are smart, curious and you relish challenges
  • You have ability to explain aspects of recruitment to people with little or no background in the domain
  • You thrive in changing environments, varying levels of responsibilities and challenging objectives
  • You are creative
  • You have strong prioritization skills, and you can communicate effectively even in most demanding situations
  • You are mature and know how to push back, when necessary, in a professional way
  • You are independent and proactive; you can organize your daily work yourself and you require little to no supervision
  • Integrity is among your top values, and you understand confidential aspects of recruitment and selection
  • You are eager to learn
  • You take ownership for your projects
  • Good understanding of Polish tech industry dynamics and tech talent competitors
  • Understanding of recruitment marketing software
  • Good knowledge of tools and new trends in recruitment space
  • Good knowledge of Polish tech communities

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with Service Delivery Managers and clients to define roles’ requirements and write or proofread job descriptions if necessary
  • Sourcing passive candidates using various sourcing methods and channels
  • Engaging candidates and building strong relationships with them
  • Reviewing candidates’ profiles and resumes, including those who actively applied to our posted roles
  • Screening and interviewing candidates
  • Making sure candidates get timely feedback at each stage of the recruitment and shepherding them throughout the process or transferring them for the further part of the process to relevant team members
  • Activating on our past-candidates database
  • Managing candidates in ATS and other internal systems
  • Developing a sustainable candidate lead strategy and recruitment strategy based on company’s goals and needs
  • Proactively suggesting new channels and approaches
  • Advising others in the company on best recruiting practices
  • Measuring and reporting on recruiting metrics
