Service Delivery Manager

For our fast growing office in Poland we are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to manage delivery on team augmentation projects working closely with recruitment team and to manage relationship with a client. You will be part of a team working with exciting clients growing their presence in CEE.

Requirements:

  • You have strong experience in client and stakeholder management
  • You have excellent communication skills and you can build strong relationships with individuals at various seniority levels and communicate effectively even in most demanding situations
  • You have experience working in one or more of following ecosystems: recruitment agency, RPO, BPO, body-leasing, ITO, IT consulting
  • You have experience in people management and building and growing teams
  • You are people-oriented and understand business will not run if the right people are not hired on time 
  • You have excellent organisational skills and you are able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • You have strong prioritisation skills, attention to detail and critical thinking
  • You have good understanding of Agile software development methodologies
  • You have good understanding of main technologies and practices used in software development
  • You are a team-player
  • You have a sense of urgency and you take ownership for your projects
  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken and you have great presentation skills

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationship with clients
  • Ensure successful and timely delivery for clients
  • Collaborate with Delivery Centre Director and Recruitment team to understand and fulfil client’s needs
  • Create and update delivery plans while projects are progressing
  • Develop and improve processes, metrics and governance approach to ensure seamless cooperation with clients and steady projects’ progress
  • Work on adjusting delivery model if necessary to meet developing demands from clients or market
  • Manage clients’ expectations and satisfaction
  • Act as a single point of contact for the clients
  • Analyse risks and opportunities and compose appropriate plans
  • Monitor projects’ progress
  • Create and maintain comprehensive projects’ documentation, plans, and reports
  • Conduct all key meetings, prepare meeting notes and follow-ups
  • Assist the upper management in ensuring the projects’ revenue and profit targets are achieved
  • Take part in performance reviews and salary calibrations of the projects’ teams
  • Take active part in recruitment activities by providing better understanding of clients’ requirements and projects’ objectives, taking part in reviewing candidates and proposing them to the client
