Job Requirements:
- Expert on Salesforce Marketing Cloud product set including Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Datorama, Social Studio, Pardot, Interaction Studio, Customer 360 Audiences
- Familiar with several areas of Salesforce and the Force.com Platform e.g. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Force.com
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Force Marketing Cloud set-up and implementation
- Previous experience as a consultant or developer in SFMC and related technologies
- Ability to show integration and security design principles
- Enterprise architecture experience
- Experience in translating business requirements into technical design documents for ingestion by development team
- Familiarity with Agile project environment
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification(s)
- Experience in healthcare/pharmaceuticals or other highly regulated industry preferred
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Responsibilities:
- Providing leadership on SFMC platform, service design, maintenance models, and implementation as a new capability into organization
- Candidate will act as Subject Matter Expert on overall Marketing Cloud architecture, operations, and maintenance models
- Working with business leaders on the rollout of Marketing Cloud to different business units / teams
- Assist client teams in campaign strategy as well as support with the campaign’s technical and execution-related requirements, and ongoing best practices consulting
- Research and provide technical solutions to meet business needs
- Proactive participation in Marketing Cloud infrastructure and Operating Model discussions with IT, marketing team, and other stakeholders
- Provide SME support for Marketing Cloud implementation, configuration, data migration, working with Marketing Cloud Connect and other Integrations
- Develop processes and critical documentation to address key technical as well as functional issues
- Provide support in designing, implementing, and optimizing in Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, Social Studio, Einstein, and Journey Builder
- Consult on design and/or build of integrations between Marketing Cloud and third-party applications/ data sources
- Maintain and oversee adoption of ongoing industry best practices in Marketing Cloud domain
