Middle TA Logistics Coordinator

Requirements:

Requires experience with purchasing, basic accounting, and program management.  Ability to work within a highly technical team is required. Prior experience in a relevant domain such as Cloud computing, IT systems, database administrations, storage solutions, or networking is a plus.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree of equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience in logistics, program management, and/or business operations
  • Wide knowledge in logistics, shipping documentation, incoterms, modals of transportation, warehousing, inventory
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working cross functionally in a large organization
  • Experience working with spreadsheets/Excel

Preferred qualifications:

  • Accounting or commercial experience
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRMs

Responsibilities:

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for complex business and delivery issues for large enterprise customers. This includes purchasing, logistics, and IT systems, working across a large team of cross functional stakeholders. Staying agile and moving between solutions is essential to ensure a seamless experience for our customers. This position will impact some of the largest initiatives in Cloud.

  • Coordinate all end to end shipping requests for outbound orders and reverse Logistics, including customer orders and miscellaneous requirements
  • Create shipping documents for all domestic and international orders
  • Run inventory reports twice per week to identify any possible deltas or inventory discrepancies
  • Create shipping reports to measure SLA’s and identify roadblocks for corrective actions
  • Provide shipping quotations for different ship-to address locations when required
  • Liaise with carriers and other logistics providers to ensure on-time deliveries
  • Work with the internal compliance team to get commercial invoice approvals to ship internationally
  • Participate in weekly logistics meetings to review shipments pipeline, shipment status, discuss shipments out of SLA
  • Create and submit customer billing templates to the billing team to invoice customers
  • Comply with all logistics SOP, processes to meet SLAs and customer’s expectations
  • Ensure move orders are created in the system to track customer shipping requests and appliances inventory allocation
  • Obtain and track shipping costs with carriers for all customer orders
  • Ensure and include all shipping details in Salesforce (internal tool) for each order
  • Update Salesforce (internal tool) to update shipment status
  • Submit requests to create new part numbers in the system
  • Submit Customs Classifications requests  for new parts
  • Assist Logistics Operations Manager to track revisions on Logistics processes/documentation
