Project description:

For our fast growing office in Poland we are looking for a Recruiter Lead to find and attract best candidates and lead a team of talent acquisition specialists.

Location: Poland


  • You have experience in leading a team of talent acquisitions specialists (sourcers or sourcers and recruiters)
  • You have strong experience in sourcing across different roles within tech industry and in multiple markets
  • You have strong experience in sourcing for senior roles
  • You are people-oriented and understand business will not run if the right people are not hired on time
  • You can build strong relationships with individuals at various seniority levels as well as with communities
  • You are smart, curious and you relish challenges
  • You have ability to explain aspects of recruitment to people with little or no background in the domain
  • You thrive in changing environments, varying levels of responsibilities and challenging objectives
  • You are creative
  • You have strong prioritisation skills, and you can communicate effectively even in most demanding situations
  • You are mature and know how to push back, when necessary, in a professional way
  • You are independent and proactive; you can organise your daily work yourself and you require little to no supervision

  • Leading and empowering a team of talent acquisition specialists (up to 6)
  • Motivating, mentoring and coaching team members
  • Setting priorities, delegating tasks to the direct reports and assigning open roles to enure efficient and timely placements
  • Supporting team members in recrutiment activities and in tackling challenges
  • Developing a sustainable sourcing strategy and recruitment strategy based on company’s goals and needs
  • Proactively suggesting new channels and approaches
  • Advising others in the company on best recruiting practices
  • Actively setting high quality standards in our recruitment processes and providing exceptional candidate experience
  • Fostering professionalism and leading by example
  • Collaborating with Delivery Centre Director to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates for our clients
  • Collaborating with Service Delivery Managers and clients to define roles’ requirements and write or proofread job descriptions if necessary
  • Sourcing passive candidates using various sourcing methods and channels
  • Engaging candidates and building strong relationships with them
  • Reviewing candidates’ profiles and resumes, including those who actively applied to our posted roles
  • Screening and interviewing candidates
  • Making sure candidates get timely feedback at each stage of the recruitment and shepherding them throughout the process or transferring them for the further part of the process to relevant team members
  • Activating on our past-candidates database
  • Managing candidates in ATS and other internal systems
  • Measuring and reporting on recruiting metrics
  • Collaborating with Marketing team to ensure the right strategies are activated for talent acquisition marketing and employer branding
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams in other locations
