Middle IT Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Install, modify, monitor, and maintain the network and computer systems, including network switches, routers, wireless systems, Linux/Windows servers, and end-users OS
  • Establish VPN, LAN, WLAN, WAN specifications by conferring with users analyzing workflow, access, information, and security requirements
  • Collaborate with the team regarding network secures by developing and implementing network access, monitoring, maintaining documentation
  • Administer virtual appliances (AWS, ESXi), laptops & computer OS
  • Software deployment, security updates, and patches
  • User’s accounts administration (AD, O365, MDM, Atlassian)
  • Hardware maintenance and troubleshooting: printers, routers, switches, firewalls, AP
  • Maintain network facilities in all machines, such as drivers and settings of personal devices and printers
  • Maintain inventory of equipment and parts as well as documentation of configurations, software, and hardware
  • Hardware and software procurement
  • Protect organizational value by keeping information confidential

Requirements:

  • Network maintenance and setup (L1-L3): VPN, LAN, Wireless LAN, WAN
  • Network Performance Tuning
  • Linux, macOS, Windows — administration experience
  • Active Directory, O365, MDM; Atlassian products, OTRS, FortiClient EMS is a plus
  • 3+ years of combined relevant experience
  • Network certifications is a plus
  • Hardware troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Good communications and presenting skills, open to knowledge sharing and mentoring
