The purpose of this role in our company is to provide advisory service to employees and managers of all levels, contribute to the process of building long-lasting and trustworthy relationships with the employees, monitor aspects of employee performance and satisfaction. In cooperation with the leadership team/line managers build a career roadmap for employees and help maintaining healthy environment in the workplace.

Requirements:

  • Higher level of education in Human Resource programe (Psychological background would be an advantage);
  • HR/ERM solid experience, preferably in IT industry;
  • Knowledge of performance management concepts, principles and practices;
  • Knowledge of Labor Law and ability to work with classified information;
  • Emotional intelligence;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Great interpersonal skills;
  • Strong judgment and problem solving skills;
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills;
  • People oriented and results driven;
  • C1 level of English (spoken and written);
  • High level of empathy;
  • Understanding of IT business context ;

Responsibilities:

  • Set objectives for the ERM team and track progress;
  • Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment;
  • Support and suggest improvements to the entire ERM processes;
  • Contribute into compensation and benefits plans development;
  • Coordinate with Client Partners, Service Delivery Managers, Heads of internal departments and Line Managers to ensure smooth and effective cooperation with the ERM team;
  • Cooperate with other ERM location Leads;
  • Support the following: recruitment process, onboarding process, retention process, administrative activities, dismissal process;
