Role Description:

Provide financial, administrative and related services, ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations and reporting.  Performs the day to day processing of financial transactions to ensure that the finances are maintained accurately.  Report monthly about cash flow and other financial items to the central finance department of Symphony and be the first contact for this department locally.  

Requirements:

  • Higher education;
  • Accounting general experience, preferably in international company;
  • Knowledge of Polish and EU tax laws concepts, principles and practices;
  • Basic knowledge of labor law and working with classified information;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Great interpersonal skills;
  • Strong judgment and problem solving skills;
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills;
  • People oriented and results driven;
  • At least B2 level of English (spoken and written);
  • High level of empathy;
  • Understanding of IT business context;
  • Proven experience in working in multinational and multicultural environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Being a first point of contact regarding all tax-related issues in Poland
  • Provide full support to staff (private entrepreneurs) with processing invoices
  • Keep track of all relevant tax-law relate changes, notify Finance Department about them, create reports
  • Fixed assets accounting
  • Preparing of financial and tax reporting
  • Preparing payment orders
  • Documenting financial transactions by entering account information
  • Representing the company in communications with authorities
  • Preparing labour contracts and services contracts
  • Advising on other local contracts
  • Filling and presenting management reports (cashflow, P&L, balance sheet for corporate reasons)
  • Private entrepreneurs accounting
  • Payroll accounting
