Corporate Recruitment Lead
You would be a great fit for this position if you have:
- Experience working in large international teams placed in various locations
- Business development capability and experience in working directly with clients
- Comprehensive understanding of Recruiting process and organization of outsourcing companies
- 3 years of experience with leading recruitment teams, monitoring their performance and development progress
- 7 years of experience in recruiting and resource planning process
- 2 years of experience with measuring recruiting performance and metrics including data analysis, pipeline management, trend analysis, market analysis
- Proficient in written & spoken English
- Proven work experience as a Recruiting Manager, Recruitment Lead
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
- Experience with interviews, candidate screening, and evaluation
- Familiarity with social media and other professional networks (including corporate Linkedin solutions)
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- BSc in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology is nice to have
Here are all the things you’ll get to do on the project:
- Acting as competence Manager/Team Lead in Performance reviews and leveling sessions
- Acting as a consultant for making recruitment staffing decisions including forecasting
- Actively drive business growth from a recruitment perspective
- Collaborate with business stakeholders (Business Unit Managers, Client Partners, Business Developers)
- The primary focus is the optimization and enhancement of the recruitment process, reporting, and data-driven decisions to support the business
- Monitoring and reporting all the steps in the process, its length, the bottlenecks and reacting to address them
- Checking for satisfaction levels with the Business Unit Managers and clients where applicable regular and reported, in a transparent way
- Escalate issues live and ensure mitigations are in place
- Working on the technical elements of the recruitment process with the technical office
- Removing cross-location communication blocks
- Working on ERP capabilities with Chief Information Officer
- Ensuring the team is trained where necessary
- Ensuring Personal Development Plans are agreed/consulted with Business Unit Managers
- Monitor the trends in the market
- Ensuring we have up-to-date market data for new clients/opportunities
- Monitoring the team scorecards and advising on the KPIs
- Team audit
- Adhere to recruitment standards
