Discover and Identify User-Needs to Better Understand the Problem
As we enter a new product design life cycle, we begin by making a thorough research. We try to better understand our client’s business, its target audience, their competitors and competitor products. Following this, we do an internal review and interview with technical experts about the product requirements, and external research among end-users. We try to work closely with your clients, and gather as much information as possible. The goal is to create a clear picture of the basic product requirements so we can come up with a solution that best fulfills those needs.
Solution Design According User Needs and Technical Specifications
In the second stage, we sum up the findings gathered at the Discovery stage, draw out a design blueprint and an action plan, and move to evaluation and implementation of the suggested solution. Taking into account the visual attractiveness, technical possibilities, and the business value, we evaluate each design idea, and consult our client. The result of this stage is a tailor-made solution that can be fully integrated into their overall business processes and satisfy the end-users’ needs.
Prototyping for Solution Overview
After setting up the design framework, we actively work on building a product prototype that will help our clients have a feel of the end product. The goal in this stage is to make as much progress as possible towards delivering an overview of the actual product. The purpose of the prototype is to give the client a better picture of how the end-product would look and to showcase its design, functionalities and processes, before finalizing it.
Testing for Solution Evaluation, Validation and Refinement
Once we have completed the prototype, we can move to testing and validating whether the delivered prototype is truly done according to the specifications set at the discovery and solution design stages. The prototype is now shared with clients, a group of end-users, and technical experts to review and test its look, feel and functionality, and give feedback to the product design and development team. Depending on the feedback, we define future improvements, and their implementation, or we move straight to finalizing the product.
