Introduce us to someone new. The referred candidate should not be present in the Symphony Solutions database.
Did your friend respond to our message? If the candidate has yet to respond to the Recruiter, they can still be considered a successful referral.
Keep your friend informed. Make sure that your referral candidate knows about Symphony Solutions and is interested in joining the selection process.
Take your time. The referral is valid for 3 months.
You cannot refer yourself, yet you may still check out our open positions.
Is the information correct? Your referral may be rejected if the provided information about the candidate is incorrect or irrelevant.
Are you involved? You can’t qualify for a bonus if the candidate applied without your involvement or already applied for a similar position during the last 3 months.

FAQ
The bonus to the referrer is paid via invoice (template). The invoice is paid only in EUR gross (before taxes and other bank deductions). You will be entitled to receive the bonus payment in your bank account in 2 weeks from the last working day of the probation month. The invoice will be paid on payday at the company - Tuesday.

- If you have a B2B bank account: Create an invoice using a template with your payment details.
- If you don’t have a B2B bank account: You may receive the bonus from one of these systems: Payoneer, Wise, or Revolut.

Regarding the bonus stage, our team will guide you through all the details and questions you may have.
You will get your referral bonus after your friend successfully completes the trial period at Symphony Solutions. Typically, the trial period is 3 months, but it may be extended on a case-by-case basis by your candidate’s direct manager. If that happens, we will inform you by email. If your friend doesn’t pass the trial period, the bonus won't be granted.
Junior – €100, Middle – €300, Senior – €400, Lead – €500. Please remember that the candidate’s level is determined during the Technical Interview. The bonus will depend on the hired role.
We will keep you well informed by email. You may expect updates about the status of your referral within 3 business days. Yes, all you have to do is fill out the form on this page without specifying the position. However, to better your chances, make sure to add your friend’s specialization in the Preferred position field (e.g., Senior Full-Stack React Engineer).
Once you refer a friend, the candidate is considered ‘yours’ for 3 months. This means that other referrals for this person will not be considered, and if they get hired within the time period, you will receive the bonus.

Yes, if your friend meets the qualifications for a different position, we will definitely consider it. The referral is valid for 3 months; however, the bonus may change depending on the position.
Usually, the trial period for Symphony Solutions is 3 months for contractors, but the candidate's direct manager has the right to extend this period in some cases. If that happens, we will inform you by email.
- The referred candidate should not be present in the Symphony Solutions database.
- The candidate must be informed and express interest in joining the selection process with Symphony Solutions.
- The candidate wasn’t recommended by someone else during the last 3 months.
