How to Empower Agile Using Emotions by Dariusz Klupi

It only takes one charismatic speaker and a great audience to make an amazing experience. Yes, last week on July 26th, Symphony Solutions conducted the Agile: Deep Retrospectives event in the Krakow office with more than 40 people on board.

This isn’t the first time Symphony Solutions conducted an agile event in Poland. As a proud owner of the “Agile Transformation Company 2017” award, we hosted a lot of similar events in the past. However, this is the first time such event took place in the new Krakow office.

The meeting kicked off with an inspirational speech by Sunny Vashishtha, who not only set the tone for the whole event but ensured that everyone was on the same page. The main speaker was Dariusz Klupi, a certified SCRUM master, who has been blending software systems with systems awareness, ability to imagine the future, putting theory into practice, and mastering emotional nuance sensitivity for the past twenty years. Dariusz firmly believes that this is what drives the company to success and motivates people around it.

Dariusz covered emotions in workflow and how they might impact your performance.

As mentioned by Dariusz, “We spend a lot of time and energy being someone whom we are not”.

Following Dariusz’s speech, “We need to be alive and faithful to truly embrace innovation and success”.

Indeed, emotions do play a vital role in any project, and if you know how to use them to your advantage, you will have a much better outcome.

All in all, we had a good and educational time and we’ll definitely make another Agile: Deep Retrospectives event in the future. Stay tuned as there’s more to come.
